About Karla

I’ve been helping immigrant entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses for over a decade. It all started when my mentor saw my passion and drive and wanted to employ me. Unfortunately, this was not possible at the time because of my legal status.

I was undocumented.

Instead of traditional employment, she helped me create a consulting business. This business allowed me to provide professional services.

My consulting practice changed my life. Creating opportunities for myself and my family from the income I was able to generate.

I truly believe that everyone - undocumented or not - deserves to have a thriving career that helps them achieve their financial dreams and professional goals. And, through business ownership, EVERYONE can!

Today, I’ve shared the ins and outs of starting a business as an undocumented professional with students all over California, but now I want to reach many more! This is why, I created Dreamco Institute!
